West Cottage currently offers global shipping. The shipping cost is calculated by the weight of your order. Please see the answers below to commonly asked questions.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days from our studio in Toronto, Canada.
We strive to ensure goods are delivered as soon as possible, but we also believe in practical shipping costs. In an effort to save you as much money as possible, we choose Canada Post to ship all our products. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, your order will experience shipping delays outside of our control.
West Cottage Pottery is not responsible for package deliveries affected by COVID-19 related shipping delays, an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received if they are eligible under our return policy. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.
Are there any extra international shipping charges?
There are on occasion additional charges, taxes or fees to receive your package in your country. Any additional charges after customs are the responsibility of the recipient. Once the package leaves our studio we are not able to provide any information beyond what is available through the Canada Post tracking service, and we cannot accept responsibility for any delays or missing shipments.

Can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email as well as a shipping confirmation email once your order is made and ships, which will include your tracking number.
Return Policy
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds if items are damaged (unless they are damaged in transit, in which case please contact us with pictures of your package exterior and contents). In order to be eligible for return, all items must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order.
An item may only be returned if is in the original packaging and free of stains, odours, and damage.
Items CANNOT BE RETURNED after 7 days, no exceptions.
Return costs are the responsibility of the sender and West Cottage Pottery is not responsible for return items lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Can I return sale items?
All products purchased during Black Friday / Cyber Monday or end-of-season sales are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns.
